My aunt and uncle have entered aged care here it’s something that seemed a bit daunting however I think ibis care has a great team of people very dedicated to ensure residents are cared for I find that they have choice in food and are very accommodating. The rooms are very clean and the nursing and care staff are always visible. The activity calendar is great too as they cater for all cultures and have daily activities. Thanks to all the caring staff

I cannot compliment Ibis Care Blakehurst and the staff enough for the care and love given to my father for the 12 months he was a resident. The care was 2nd to none and he was given the highest level of care, patience and compassion. All the staff were absolutely amazing and senior management were always available. Erin, Mary, Christine, Val, Virginia and Helen along with all the support nursing staff were amazing when my father came back from hospital as a palliative care patient. Mum and dad were able to be in a companion room which was extremely important to them after being married for 63 years. Erin the manager is exceptional as are all the staff. They all treat my parents with respect and kindness even when my dad is having a difficult day. A special mention to Geeta and Rama who are marvellous with my mum and dad. Communication with the family is excellent. We highly recommend Ibis Care Blakehurst
