Ibis Care Blakehurst provided wonderful, warm and professional care for my mother during her year with them and particularly during her last weeks. The staff are just lovely and management were very responsive. I feel very lucky that we were able to provide Mum with such exceptional care during a challenging time in her life.
"Warm, friendly and respectful ..." This accurately sums up the view I have of this outstanding aged-care facility. It is clean, well-staffed and very caring of the residents. As visitors, my wife and I were made to feel most welcome.
My aunt and uncle have entered aged care here it’s something that seemed a bit daunting however I think ibis care has a great team of people very dedicated to ensure residents are cared for I find that they have choice in food and are very accommodating. The rooms are very clean and the nursing and care staff are always visible. The activity calendar is great too as they cater for all cultures and have daily activities. Thanks to all the caring staff
