Always very helpful.
I opened an account two weeks ago. Set up direct deposit and everything. No card, even though they told me they'd mail them when I set up the account. I call after two weeks because it shouldn't take that long and get told no card was sent out. All this before a long holiday weekend and me with no way to get gas or food because I have direct deposit into this account. I've been paying my car off with them for the last 2 years and I have never had a bad experience. They are THE most kind people, always willing to help you and answer any questions you may have. Today, Michelle helped me and didn't make me feel stupid for asking the questions I did ask and was very kind. Great credit union!
