I am very disappointed with the service that i have recently received at this branch for as long as i have been a customer. I really want to move my money after this experience.
Manager Kelly wanted to charge us a $35 dollar fee to stop payment on an unauthorised charge on our debit card. What a bunch of crooks. We'll be taking our money and going elsewhere, I advise others to do the same and avoid these thieving bastards. $35 for one of your staff to press a button *golfclap*. Go to hell. Also their CD rates are terrible, make sure you shop around next time your CD comes due.
