I work with the branch on Perkins near Trader Joe's. They bought my mortgage, and they are simply horrible. I worked for a bank during high school and have dealt with a number of them during my years. This branch is on 'bankers' hours' during customer hours. I checked their Internet site (for the branch), and they are posted as open today but closed on President's day. In fact, they are closed today and presumably for President's Day as well.
