Just tried to cash a Morgan and morgan check that they have a trust with and the lady at the front desk was judging us since we walked in the door full of attitude and eye rolling. She basically accused us of it being a "fake" check since it was printed this morning from them and we had the paperwork showing it. She refused to cash the check and blamed it on the "system" as an excuse. When hundreds of people cash their Morgan and morgan checks there daily. I'll never bank with this bank with her in it.
Amazing customer service. Bankers who really care. Short wait time in a lovely lobby. Best free candy in town. Highly recommend. Open your account with Ann; she’s a hoot.
I’m very pleased with this bank. Even though it’s a chain, it still feels like a locally owned business. The staff remembers you and you never have to wait in a long line.
Monday at lunch with 1 teller. Knowing it’s going to be busy after being closed all weekend. And the 1 teller they did have was extremely slow and not very polite. I’ll drive to the cape next time.
