Joyce is absolutely a pleasure to deal with, She is so helpful and always has a smile on her face.
If I could give more stars I would. Everyone one in the building was great! Especially Joyce! Cashed my morgan and morgan check, they politely informed me that it wouldn't be in their system the same day it was printed, to come back the next day. Came back the next day and they kept their word. Cashed me out and sent me on my way. Was very friendly and thorough. Answered any questions I had. I came in to cash in a JP Morgan and Chase check and had the privilege of being assisted by Shamir Julmiste. He was very professional and friendly. He represents what a model bank representative should be in my opinion. I am sure I will be back!
