I just opened a checking and savings account here after relocating back to Lafayette. I visited the Congress St. branch. Wonderful location! Our rep was kind, helpful, and knowledgeable and guided us to exactly the types of accounts we needed so we weren't spending too much on service fees. The only reason I didn't give the bank five stars is because I still had to wait to receive my debit card in the mail. Most banks now give you a debit card the day you open your account, but I do realize it takes time for many locations t... read more
