Everything was great, for years, when it was Florida Bank. Since Iberia bought Florida Bank out, my overdraft protection has disappeared. They tell me they are "looking into it and will call back tomorrow with news" and never call back. Florida Bank was an amazing small town bank. I was greeted by name as I walked up to the teller. Everyone was eager to please. I felt appreciated. Now that a large conglomerate took over, it is banking business as usual, where I don't feel I matter. I'm looking for a new bank now.
