Came to this branch to open a new account 2 times. Both times i was told i needed appointment because it was so busy. On both occasions, there was not one customer in branch. i called Corporate and they said that one does not need an appointment to open a new account. Will take my business elsewhere. What horrible customer service.
The WORST. THEY LIMITED YOUR MONEY LIKE IS THEIRS. 10 ZELLE TRANSACTIONS PER WEEK IF YOU ARE LUCKY. REJECT MY MOVIL DEPOSITS. VERY POOR OPTION BANK. RUN.....
