I was new to banking with First Horizon, and was helped as soon as I walked in. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and the location is very convenient. I opened an account with Adrian G., and he was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and made sure I understood everything. I never felt rushed and truly appreciated his patience and professionalism. I highly recommend First Horizon and Ask For Adrian G!!!

This bank is virtually useless. They use to be Iberia Bank. They had only one bank location in Houston (one of the largest cities in the US) and closed that one. Now they have 1 in Sugarland. (40min away) Business accounts were free when I opened mine, but stopped linking to cashapp. They still don't work with zelle. Which made it impossible to get funds into the bank and eventually messed up my business and overdrew the account. Then they fee'd me to death till the account closed.
