This bank is virtually useless. They use to be Iberia Bank. They had only one bank location in Houston (one of the largest cities in the US) and closed that one. Now they have 1 in Sugarland. (40min away) Business accounts were free when I opened mine, but stopped linking to cashapp. They still don't work with zelle. Which made it impossible to get funds into the bank and eventually messed up my business and overdrew the account. Then they fee'd me to death till the account closed. First Horizon Bank on Sweetwater Blvd., Sugar Land deserves a good remark. Conveniently located, it is set up neat and clean with Starbuck coffee available. Their staff is very professional and friendly, especially the branch manager Mr. Ngokwey who helped me resolved an issue related with a promotional bonus, in that he and their customer solution team in the corporate office worked very hard and put in lots of time and effort.
