The staff at this location are friendly and always very helpful. They have been a pleasure to do business with and we're sad to learn that this location is closing the end of March 2018.
Most unfriendly personnel. Condescending attitude. Would not cash a check issued by one of their clients despite his account having sufficient funds and me providing proper documents. They proceeded to ask more and more private questions under the pretence of needing the info for government reasons. Avoid customers banking with Iberia Bank at all cost! You will have to chase your money like they don't want to pay you. Casts a bad light on their clients. Rated one star because you can't rate no stars.
