I have been a regular customer with this shop for a while now and today was the worst experience ever. I got my lashes done 3 weeks ago and they didn't last a day. I texted and called the owners to let them know and to see what can be done. She claims it was my allergies. I don't have allergies. I literally informed them my lashes were falling out to the point there were spaces ans it looked bad. My eyes were itchy and watery for the first few days which was different but it stopped. My experience with iBeauty Studio was very poor after trying to work with the owner, who doesn't have any customers service. She's all about the MONEY. The service, I received was individual eye lashes that only last 1.5 weeks and costly. I reported 3 times to the owner and hoping for professional input. Instead, I received the poorest, rudest customers service. The owner suggested, "go somewhere else." Wow, I was totally blown away. I hadn't asked for any money or a refund just an explanation. This is the only place I will go to have my eyebrows done. I get the mocroblading, which is like a temporary tattoo. My eyebrows look real and are shaped perfectly! Song, the owner, is fabulous; she recommends treatments I didn't know were available: I had skin tags & moles removed here, which took 10 years off of my neck! This place does wonders for me trying to maintain a youthful appearance. I absolutely recommend 👌.
