went open new account asked to wait soon as walked in...sat in plain view of tellers n bank officers ..waited over 30 minutes no one checked no empathy .tellers n bank officers saw us and just walked by didn't even ask have you been helped..
this has to be the worst bank in the world .. THEY ARE JUST RIDICULOUS WHEN IT COMES TO FEES .... #STAYAWAY #DONTDOBUSINESSTHERE
We are in the middle of an economic crisis and every bank has stopped their overdraft fees but you.I have lost my job and you have charged me over 300$ worth of fees.Seriously you guys make me sick.Ive been with you 15 long years and I’m definitely taking my business somewhere else
Had an employee falsely inform me of a sponsorship program and lead me along for 3mnths lying about meetings and being rude. So popped up at the bank only to have my integrity question and to be told she would only give me the check if it went through her cousin. Who she reached out too and spoke to her without my permission about my business with IBC.
So our entire weekend is ruined, phones will be shut off, water will be shut off we have no food etc...because my husband accidentally deposited his check and IBC wont let him touch it until Tuesday!!! Literally screwed because he deposited it instead of cashed it! Bank wont help us, no manager...nothing! $1000 we cant touch! So we just wont eat, use our phones or shower for 3 days that's cool!
