Stopped in to open an account (which took forever), but the guy was new and super nice so no problem. But, while I was waiting, I got to witness the bank on a more personal level. Whom I believe to maybe be the branch manager pulled a teller into her office with the door opened and proceeded to yell at her about how bad the teller was making her look to her boss (Ryan/Bryan?) by going over her head. This bank is dreadful. Bank tellers are poorly trained and hang up on customers. I will never let them have access to my money again.
