Stopped in to open an account (which took forever), but the guy was new and super nice so no problem. But, while I was waiting, I got to witness the bank on a more personal level. Whom I believe to maybe be the branch manager pulled a teller into her office with the door opened and proceeded to yell at her about how bad the teller was making her look to her boss (Ryan/Bryan?) by going over her head.
