Booked this PC cafe for a 30-person LAN party and it was awesome! Jacob was great to work with from the start. Super organized and easy to coordinate everything with. Nick helped us run the show on the day and made sure our Minecraft Hunger Games and Valorant tournament went off without a hitch. Great PCs, smooth setup, and a genuinely fun vibe all night. Highly recommend this place for gaming events big or small, thank you Jacob and Nick!
Really enjoyed my experiences here. The community is top notch. I can’t speak to how things were in the past but the customer service was great and they were pretty clear with as far as communication goes for a new member.

Extremely disappointed with our last visit. We are regulars here and all of us have memberships. We came as a group of 10 to play together. Since a few people in our group didn't have Steam accounts, the staff told us they would charge them $20 instead of the usual $6 hourly rate. Just to not waste any more time, we agreed to that. However, right at the end, they claimed they would charge $20 even for those who DID have Steam accounts. As a group of 10 loyal customers, we had to leave without playing at all.
