Very disappointing experience. My appointment started late even though I arrived 10 minutes early, and then the treatment finished 15 minutes early because it was apparently refreshment time. I was left sitting in the waiting room with a cup of herbal tea and a thin slice of cake instead of receiving the full treatment time I paid for.
