I don't trust this shop. i paid $42 for them to get my car inspected. they said I need 2 things fixed but can't do it today, so I scheduled an appointment for next week. I fixed 1 thing on my own and the other thing they will fix next. I had to reschedule for 2 weeks later. on that day they didn't even remember what my car needed. then instead of looking into getting the previous 2 things fixed, now they say my car needs 2 other things done to pass inspection. in the course of 3 weeks their story of what my car needed change... read more

Took my mercedes to irrapinos after I called and asked that they worked on mercedes. They told me yea sure all the time. So sent in for new brakes all the way around and an oil change and inspection. Well picked it up after they had it all day and brakes that were quiet since I owned car now make noise. Mechanic said it had to work into pad.
