Joel at IAQ Analytical was great for us. I represent a client who had a persistent sewage smell at their restaurant for years and years. The landlord kept blaming the problem on various plumbing problems. Finally Joel was able to figure out what no one else was of what the source of the sewage smell was and that it was coming from the parking lot and getting sucked into the air conditioner. The service was dependable, his indoor air quality testing revealed several problematic areas in my home, which led to the discovery of hidden mold. The home has been completely remediated and we're happy with joel superior performance. I would recommend his service to anyone in need. Awesome company!

They were very punctual, honest and thorough! We called because are family was getting sick when at home. Joel explained that Mold testing was inappropriate and that we needed "Complete indoor air quality testing and analysis to determine what was the issue that we were dealing with! They found that the issue was small particle contamination! Then they told us how to fix it! We owe our family's health and we'll being to Joel! So so grateful!
