Joel at IAQ Analytical was great for us. I represent a client who had a persistent sewage smell at their restaurant for years and years. The landlord kept blaming the problem on various plumbing problems. Finally Joel was able to figure out what no one else was of what the source of the sewage smell was and that it was coming from the parking lot and getting sucked into the air conditioner.
