I closed on a home March of 2018. I needed a document that I could not find so I called and I spoke with a Kayla Johnson. What a pleasure she was and told me what I needed to do to obtain the information needed. I then sent my email request to Sheila McRee who was also wonderful. She answered right away and got my document over to me promptly. I could not be more pleased with the service I was provided.
Over a month ago they were supposed to make edits to a contract to send to a seller's attorney. Reached out to them multiple times they kept saying they would get it done finally they got it done and took over 4 weeks. They took so long that the seller finally got fed-up and started taking other offers on the house again. When they did finally send it and they asked us to confirm the date for closing the date was wrong.
