Ian has helped me so much with my fear of turbulence when flying . Using different techniques for calming me down and other ways of thinking differently when flying . Of course this can only be put to the test when being on the plane ! I recently got back from Benidorm (from Luton) to which the flight out was quite bumpy and the flight back was even worse.
