Ian Ingersoll made my queen pencil post bed and night stands (cherry, painted a deep, dark green with natural tops on night stands) for me in 1993. When I moved to Florida from upstate NY in 1997 this was the only furniture I brought with me. I love this set as much today as I did then. Such a talented craftsman!
I called this business for a custom door quote, I thought I had a nice in depth conversation as to what I was looking for with the person who answered the phone. She said she's get me pricing in a day or two, I called 4 days later and she was clueless as to what I was talking about. Originally I sent her a inspiration photo, dimensions, a photo of my house, the materials I wanted, I mean details, details, details...I then emailed her a detailed drawing with dimensions two weeks ago and not a peep. Beautiful custom made furniture. Where can you find this anymore?
Ian Ingersoll made a four poster bed for us about 6 years ago. It is beautifully made. We love and value it. We also have a rocking chair purchased many years ago that is also very handsome and of high quality. He makes beautiful furniture.
