I am beyond disappointed with Ian Guest and his complete lack of preparation and professionalism. He did not review any of the evidence provided, failed to present crucial facts in court, and clearly had no understanding of the case. Despite having substantial evidence against the opposition, he fumbled through the proceedings, making no effort to argue on behalf of my nephew’s well-being. I found the receptionist to be very rude. They asked straight away, was it a legal aid matter I said it was and then she said, thank you Goodbye and I just said to the lady. Maybe you should put that on your website and then she hanged up on me I'm very rude. I would not recommend. , this firm Just on that attitude alone, it's pretty. Appalling
