He has been an amazing educator and lawyer. He was able to explain the most complex aspects of estate planning without being condescending or arrogant. He is the most pleasant lawyer I have ever meet. He also introduced us to Jonathan Anderson in his group and the two of them have been able to ensure our LLC and estate planning are done legally and correctly. Overall cannot say enough good things about his team. Also Amy Turner is very knowledgeable and her attention to detail is admirable.
Ian was extremely knowledgeable on FL law surrounding Trusts. Additionally, he helped me structure my multiple LLCs to provide optimal asset protection for each and every asset. His consulting alone was worth his fee! Would highly recommend for anyone in FL looking to protect their assets and simultaneously set up a smooth transition of those assets upon their death.
Ian is friendly, timely and easy to understand. He helped my husband and I create a trust and was able to explain it to us very clearly as we went through the process. We left very satisfied and would highly recommend him!
