Very poor experience. They failed to challenge incorrect claims from the buyer’s solicitor (that my house was “non-compliant”), which directly contributed to my sale collapsing. Communication was weak, and when my buyer pulled out through no fault of mine, they still demanded an “abortive fee” of over £440 even though I was still proceeding with sale and onward purchase. Having previously paid them thousands on other transactions, I found them reactive, not proactive, and unwilling to properly advocate for me.
I used ICS law for my recent property sale. The service was professional, efficient and took just under 2 months from instruction to completion. Danielle and Team 1 were always quick to respond and kept me informed along the way. I am very happy with the whole experience and outcome.

Danielle(our solicitor) and Courtney dealt with our house move. We can't believe how fast it all went through.
