His deep understanding of the body and personalized approach in his application technique are unmatched based on my 10 year+ experience receiving massage therapy in Ottawa. Ian is also a bodybuilder/weightlifter athlete which is a highly valuable added layer of knowledge, since he understands the physical limitations and challenges of athletes first hand. I happily recommend Ian, 5/5!
You ask him to work on one part of your back, and he works on another as if he did not even hear you.
Went to visit Ian to work on tight muscles and restrictions from the gym. He was able to relieve a lot of restrictions and increase my range of motion with one visit! Ian was extremely friendly and professional, I will definitely go see him again soon (if he's not fully booked!)
