I drove my car 8 hours to this location, and was turned away from my appointment due to my own issues with the car being dirty. They were able to fit me in after I went to get the car washed and the inside/trunk vacuumed. One of the gentlemen said I'd have to push my flight, but I was able to get the car inspectable ready in 70 minutes and back to VPC. I have never been this upset with any business I’ve set foot into in my entire adult life. That streak was ruined with my experience here. I had been trying to take my brother’s car in for storage for over a month. I had one chance to take it in every week, and every week it was always a different problem. Not clean enough (car wash and vacuum every time before I took it in.
