Edit: After I posted my review, the manager, Jamie Wright, called me saying they were concerned about it. During the call, it honestly felt like my concerns were being brushed off and I was being gaslit about the issues I experienced. I understand the employees are just following the rules they’re given, but the process is still flawed and the concerns I brought up were real. Fast pickup
I drove my car 8 hours to this location, and was turned away from my appointment due to my own issues with the car being dirty. They were able to fit me in after I went to get the car washed and the inside/trunk vacuumed. One of the gentlemen said I'd have to push my flight, but I was able to get the car inspectable ready in 70 minutes and back to VPC.
