The girls upfront are fair, they will help as much as possible but at the end of the day, their job isn’t to do things you failed to do. Now they do have high standards, but it helps you out when your vehicle goes through customs in another country. Do yourself the favor and CLEAN your vehicle. Also engage your emergency break and put your car in drive and reverse and rev it to about 1500 RPMs if it holds your good if it doesn’t get it looked at before trying to ship it. This place is the DMV from Zootopia. They said I could arrive early to my appointment, and thank god I did. I spent 4.5 hours total to have a vehicle inspection and paperwork completed. The front desk folks denied my car for finding a dog hair underneath a floor mat. (Transport regulation says general cleanliness of vehicle to inspect condition (rust, damage, etc), which is fair). Hope management can get some better customer service representatives.

These people have turned away our vehicle 3 times for a few pebbles on the floor. Pebbles that can be picked up within a few seconds. We spent $400 on detailing this car and unfortunately these people don’t understand that the bottom of shoes get dirty. I get they have policy but they’re just being petty at this point. We have been waiting for our car for months but every time we try to get it shipped they come back with some complete BS to be rescheduled. This place is a joke go somewhere else. Kind staff but negligent in taking care of your POV. My tires were completely flat, they obviously drove them on the rims. The staff filled my tires and told me it would be fine. I went to drive my car for the first time today since taking it home and all my tires are flat and won't hold air for more than 24 hours. Since I am 2 days past the 10 day limit they are refusing to reimburse me to get them fixed.

The employees were all super polite and professional. This was my first time shipping a car, but I uploaded all my documents on the site ahead of time as well as brought hard copies. The inspector went over the car thoroughly and detailed every possible rock chip and fault possible. I appreciate that level of detail because I'll know if there are new scratches or dents they were caused in transit. Everything went smoothly, I was out in about one hour.
