Amazing person and practitioner! I arranged a sports/relaxation massage appointment for my husband as part of his birthday gift, Iain was quite responsive through email, call, and text. I requested a certain receipt for insurance purposes, and Ian was quite professional with everything. A fantastic 90 min session. Iain gave me more time than the 75 min booking. He sorted out a spasmed back in one session, including identifying the real issue which were very tight hip flexors. Great communication throughout and a very relaxed, professional and friendly manner both in initial communication and during the session itself. I messaged this guy never responded and when he did after finding out I am from an Asian background he started to make excuses we Asian wash our self and take pride in our self’s it’s part of our religion and culture
