I am currently sitting in the bag line, and there are no employees here. This is highly unprofessional. Those of us who patronize this airline are all on a schedule. IAH Delta is running the risk of making all of us late for our flights.
Staff didn’t show up till about 50 minutes before boarding time. Apparently they were in a “meeting”. Seems like delta needs to schedule their staff meetings ahead of time. We were waiting in line about an hour. Usually I love Delta. But when they have an early flight scheduled and they can’t staff the front counters, frontier and spirit are looking like great options. The line behind us wrapped around the elevators due to the staff being late. Not very professional
Delta is my go to Airline safe committed and considerable of each and every guest the do customer services Top shelf. I recommend Delta Airlines
Delta Airlines is the only airline that I fly! I love the efficiency of boarding and complimentary food and drink items!
