Tried to order Allen Bradley lighting contactor through Agilix since they are the only authorized distributor in Memphis area and one sales rep never called back after I sent him pictures so called back and was told I needed to call the Jackson, Ms office and they said you are in Memphis our headquarters call them! I called and got a Miguel and sent him pictures and he told me I’m working on a “quote” and it’s been a week and still no quote and contacted again and still nothing. Complete incompetence.
