We have been using IAC workbenches for about 5 years. We now have 6 workstations, one cabinet and several accessories. Their products are outstanding. Excellent build quality and never any shipping damage.
I wish I could leave zero stars! I cannot believe this company is still in business! Long lead time initially and then the product we ordered was delayed beyond that. When it finally arrived, there were no assembly instructions included and it was damaged. We had to fight tooth and nail to return it and ended up paying a large restocking fee just to get this damaged, unassembled piece of junk out of our building. The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced!
