Just used IAC to complete a job to refinish our stairs and railing. They responded quickly to my inquiry, came out quickly for an estimate and booked the job within a few days. Came out quickly and did the job as scheduled and finished on time. Quality work and love the finished product. Will be using IAC for flooring needs in the future. Floors came out beautifully. They made the floors look brand new. Blended seamlessly into the previously done work from another company. Arrived on time and clean up was spotless. Will definitely use again.

I received a referral to get my steps sanded and stained. I must say it was one of the best referrals I received. The worker was on time and professional. Italo communicated every detail needed to take to get the job done. I initially thought the color was to dark, but we both agreed that it was something that i had to get used to and as he explained, it would lighten up over time. Competitive pricing, quick turnaround, and excellent work. There were some areas of the wood floor that were not fixed, but if I needed them fixed, I'd be spending twice the money. Thank you!
