Had my car picked up today told me they will call 1 hour before didn’t I had to call the office they told me the driver will call with the eta nobody called I called again and after additional hour the driver called he will be there at 5:30. 6pm he didn’t call so I started texting him he advised he will be there 6:45 showed up at 7 telling me he had a lot of pick ups really? Call me and say you are running late it’s not hard
