I went to Mitch after I injured my knee in a bicycle accident. Mitch treated the injury through massage and movement and gave me exercises to do between treatments to aid in recovery. Mitch is very knowledgeable, skilled and personable. I’d highly recommend him as a physio.
James was so helpful for my elderly mum’s physio. She’s a hard patient to treat just quietly (long time nurse with very high standards for medical care and communication) and he helped so much setting up a plan for her knee pain. Great communicator and so much empathy and skill. Really helpful, competent and kind. 10/10
James is wonderful to work with. Very knowledgeable, friendly and understanding. He fixed my back pain and created an easy and realistic treatment plan to keep it from recurring. Highly recommend!
Amazing! After months of knee pain, these guys gave me an incredibly amount of knowledge and 'work' (massage, taping, movement practice). 4 weeks later I have no pain and a huge amount of knowledge to take care of my knees in the future. Couldn't recommend them more!
Mitch is absolutely fantastic and has assisted with my chronic facial pain l had for months which was caused from tightness in my neck. Mitch had set a plan of attack and weekly helped relieve my pain. He is an expert in what he does and goes out of his way to ensure the comfort of his clients. Would definitely recommend him 👍
