I have been waiting for someone to get back to me. It’s a simple phone call that will take 2 minutes and I have yet to hear back. Whoever the supervisor is for the Champaign area should be fired. This company doesn’t care about their customers 1 bit. I highly recommend going with out internet before getting any time of service from this company. First picture is my original email and the 2nd is me saying that a phone call would take 2 minutes and still havnt heard anything 😂 what a joke
After the initial installation the 1G service did not even yield half a gig on multiple browser speed tests. Poor Justin, who was very kind which is why this gets 2 stars, wasted a great deal of time installing everything and had to pull all the equipment out. I hope y'all pay him anyway. A great waste of time and disappointing.
Just dropped Xfin yesterday and installed i3 . So far so good . Pro installation by Josh and answered lots of questions on compatibility with Nest / Blink and Sonos . All working well. Some buffering in rainy weather but seems to be typical. Saving $150 a month out of the gate
