I got I-3 about 2 years ago. When the installers came, they rolled a water tank through my yard - which caused ruts all over, and then across my sidewalk. It cracked in several places and it's now uneven. I just had this sidewalk installed a couple weeks before this happened. They also did not bury the line. They left it going across my yard, up through the the driveway, and then left a small strip to cover the line leading to the box. I called and asked for these to get fixed. I was very disappointed when this business ignored my 'No Soliciting' sign and came to my door anyway. To me, this demonstrates a complete lack of common sense and disrespect. I would never consider hiring a company that disregards such a clear boundary.

I have been waiting for someone to get back to me. It’s a simple phone call that will take 2 minutes and I have yet to hear back. Whoever the supervisor is for the Champaign area should be fired. This company doesn’t care about their customers 1 bit. I highly recommend going with out internet before getting any time of service from this company. First picture is my original email and the 2nd is me saying that a phone call would take 2 minutes and still havnt heard anything 😂 what a joke

After the initial installation the 1G service did not even yield half a gig on multiple browser speed tests. Poor Justin, who was very kind which is why this gets 2 stars, wasted a great deal of time installing everything and had to pull all the equipment out. I hope y'all pay him anyway. A great waste of time and disappointing.
