This company has had hazardous cables laying across my elderly client’s yard for 2 months now. They keep saying they’ll have someone out. Asked to speak with a supervisor and was told I will get a call back after the rep emails them because they’re “not allowed to place you on hold.” The post-call survey asks you to answer with numbers 1-5 for satisfaction. Great customer service, internet speeds, and people. The technician Alan was very knowledgeable was able to accomodate my requirements for ONT placement. Please switch to them if you are having a terrible time with Xfinity or ATT because their service is soooo much better

Contractors showing up super early and super late with no notice or warning. 7:30 at night with my kids in the bath two contractors just walked through my back yard. I3 clearly cant manage the growth.
I got I-3 about 2 years ago. When the installers came, they rolled a water tank through my yard - which caused ruts all over, and then across my sidewalk. It cracked in several places and it's now uneven. I just had this sidewalk installed a couple weeks before this happened. They also did not bury the line. They left it going across my yard, up through the the driveway, and then left a small strip to cover the line leading to the box. I called and asked for these to get fixed.
