Our nonprofit’s account through Crowded is held at i3 Bank, and a large hold is putting our property closing at risk. i3 previously helped resolve a hold promptly, which we appreciated. However, after another hold appeared, getting a response has become very difficult. I called i3 four times today, including a different branch. Every transfer to compliance went to voicemail.
