I called to ask about opening a IRA and Julie was very helpful! I was a bit nervous at first because I’m not very familiar with finance, but Julie explained everything to me well and boosted my confidence by the end of our call.

If I could give zero stars, I would! I have banked with USAA for 13 years and was considering opening a local bank account, since this bank is only a block from my home I figured this would be my best bet. When I walked into i3 Bank to get a cashier's check and things, they turned me away without even asking if I'd like to open an account with them. As I gathered my things to leave, I mentioned that I guess I won't open an account with them, and the lady simply agreed. Definitely dodged a bullet I'm sure!
