Love the local feel of a small bank. Matt is great to work with.
If I could give zero stars, I would! I have banked with USAA for 13 years and was considering opening a local bank account, since this bank is only a block from my home I figured this would be my best bet. When I walked into i3 Bank to get a cashier's check and things, they turned me away without even asking if I'd like to open an account with them. As I gathered my things to leave, I mentioned that I guess I won't open an account with them, and the lady simply agreed. Definitely dodged a bullet I'm sure!

i3 Bank is an absolute great bank to do business with. I've done business with a lot of banks over the years, and have several different types of accounts with i3. In particular, Wade in the commercial division at the main branch is by far the most professional banker I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with.
