First time in the 25 years of being at my company has a delivery driver refused to get out of his cab to unstrap his load that was at the front of his trailer to move the goods to the back of the trailer to lift off with a forklift. My guys ended up having to do it themselves and the driver stated that "he was not paid to do any of this, so it was up to us to do it and that we should contact his company if we have any issues". Do not business with them! They put your freight on rail without your consent. There is no chance for on time deliveries . Disgusting management!
Bad driver, no regard in paving zone Friday evening East bound West of Matheson Ontario at 20:00. Didn’t slow down at all throwing loose gravel putting 5 chips in my windshield.
