Unprofessional. Belligerent. Serious lack of compassion. An obviously damaged and self-medicated person. This person is not qualified to provide counseling to depressed individuals. It's honestly shocking.

One of the best doctors I've had in three decades. They are patient and will let you take your time if needed. Do keep in mind however, that Dr. Young doesn't a receptionist - you will speak to them directly. Because of this, I'd suggest leaving a voice mail because if they are seeing a patient they likely won't take your call - they give you their full attention when meeting you, please respect that if they're in an appointment with someone else.

I called to ask for more information about the services they offered and whether or not they were accepting new patients and was yelled at by the most unprofessional person I've ever talked to I started off by asking if they were accepting new patients, not knowing what kind of treatments they provided because I wasn't able to find a website and was told this: "What kind of question is that, are we accepting new patients? DON'T SEE THIS PERSON!!!!! I just called Ms. Young to set up an appointment for my daughter and she is very quick in judging me and my daughter. She's so quick in telling me that we have a family problem. She doesn't even know the reason why I'm calling and what's the reason why I need an appointment for my daughter. She's very argumentative and even hung up on me. So rude and unprofessional. Your licensed should be revoked!!!! You don't deserve to be called professional.
