Snooty, uninterested and unhelpful. I was recommended to this company by a San Carlo who spoke highly them for plant maintenance and they were just uninterested in helping me as they did not sell me the plants. They told me it might be an option but fobbed me off to say send in an email enquiry (just to get me off the phone) which I did. I wrote a very nice email and got a blunt response -no sorry.
