Found The Dress! I just bought my wedding dress from I Thee Wed. I couldn't be happier with the service i received, the atmosphere is laid back. the ladies friendly, very knowledgeable and helpful. The customer service and personality of this store is genuine. Unlike Davids Bridal where i was accosted at the door by a fake toothy grin and nasal hello.
Try this one on for size! I went to I thee wed last weekend thinking to use it as a practice session, if you will, for a larger store. It FAR exceeded my expectations! The sales women were so helpful and gracious. I love that they were not at all pushy! They let you grab dress after dress and try them on to your heart's content. They stop by to make sure you have no questions. They were wonderful about the prices, and so easy to talk to! Don't be fooled by the store's first appearance. Thus place is a gem!
I Won't Recommend Them I bought 2 flower girl dresses at I Thee Wed and upon getting home, realized I needed to return them due to a mistake on my part with spending double what we could afford. The dresses were STILL AT THE STORE; I never took them home since they were going to press them for me. They DO say all sales are final and no returns, which had I realized, would have kept me from shopping there in the first place. Worst Service I was trying on dresses and was offered no help from anyone. No one even paid any attention to me. I had a very hard time trying to clip the dress in the back myself to fit for review in the mirror. A group of people were sittin up on a platform eating and one man in his office working. I felt uncomfortable about bugging anyone to help me so I just tried to do it myselt to the point of frustration. Perfect Experience We shopped at I Thee Wed for my daughter's wedding dress this past Saturday. The staff and selection were amazing. They were very helpful when we wanted it and let us try on as many dresses as we chose. Wish we had come here first. Went to David's Bridal in Woodbridge on Friday and were incredibly disappointed. David's was more concerned about keeping their dresses in order on the racks than they were with assisting you in finding the perfect dress. I would recommend I Thee Wed to anyone. great experience! I thee wed was amazing. When I first got there I was not impressed but looks can be deceiving. The sales people there are very helpful and the prices on the dresses reasonable. Also the alterations lady claudit was GREAT! Not only was she timely but she was reasonable on her prices as well I would recommend this little shop to anyone. I had went to david's as well and nothing compared to the time and effort these people put not me and helping me find my perfect dress.
Very sweet and helpful! The ladies at I Thee Wed were very gracious when I had purchased my dress elsewhere before moving to the area, but I needed to buy accessories - shoes, veil, etc. and have alterations done. They were very kind and assisted me with my dress, even when ultimately I did not purchase anything from the store. (Not because of quality or availability, but because of my plans changing.)
