Took my phone in for a screen repair and they initially installed a bad screen. I had to go back and they tried to tell me it was a contrast issue. After explaining they took it back, over one week later still hadn't heard anything so I had to call them to ask what was happening. No apologies or discount on the £140 they charged for a screen repair and screen protector. Wanted to sell my phone, went to the shop and showed him it and we agreed on a price. Nipped to frenchgate for something quickly walked all the way back and then he lowered the price. Don’t agree on a price and then make me walk to your shop to tell me you don’t want to pay that price.. it’s bad business.
