Fast unloading with in 1hr
Very disappointing experience. The guy at the shipping office with tattoos was extremely rude and had a very disrespectful attitude. His manners and the way he communicates with drivers. are completely unprofessional. People deserve to be treated with basic respect. I would give this place ZERO STARS if that were an option. Management seriously needs to address how people are being treated at the shipping office.
I only went there for a cheeseburger. They gave me a bacon cheeseburger and onion rings and free cheese sticks. Also, a large shake. Also, they gave me a job. Now I can afford to pay for my own onion rings and milkshakes!
Rude drivers. Tired to report unsafe driver and got hung up on bc they don't have unprofessional drivers.
Arrived at 23:30 for my appointment at 01:00 am , called the number on the gate , received dock right away , empty in one hour . Not bad at all !
