Rude drivers. Tired to report unsafe driver and got hung up on bc they don't have unprofessional drivers.
Arrived at 23:30 for my appointment at 01:00 am , called the number on the gate , received dock right away , empty in one hour . Not bad at all !
This was an ok place for a delivery. Pros: Easy to check in and employees were at least interactive without resentment. Cons: Showing up early is discouraged, their lot is tight. There aren’t the fastest unloading. Arrived at a nearby off ramp at 0240 for a 0300 appt. Called their receiving office and was told to bring paperwork into them. I was given a dock right away but it took until 0445 for me to get my paperwork. Also, I had a lumper fee of $140 for a straight pull off.
