Olympia has always been amazing! Everytime I go I receive excellent service, a positive upbeat attitude and receive my products within the time frame provided! If anything should change with that she is an EXCELLENT communicator.

The owner lied about placing an order for my grandmother's glasses and blamed the delay on shipping, but the order was never placed to begin with. My grandmother took her services elsewhere and had glasses within a week. I couldn't believe how the owner kept lying about an order she never placed and it took seven months for a refund.
DO NOT SHOP HERE Very bad customer service and you will not receive your glasses. Very GHETTO.
DO NOT SHOP HERE! The owner will take your money and you will not receive your eyeglasses. She will remain active on social media enjoying life. All while ignoring customer calls, texts and direct messages.
