I booked and paid for a 90-minute massage, but the actual massage lasted only about 60 minutes. During the session, the therapist left the room three separate times, which further reduced the time I received. No explanation or apology was offered. I was disappointed because I expected to receive the full 90-minute service that I paid for. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and provide an appropriate resolution.

This place is terrible, avoid it, the woman here tried to end my appointment after 10 minutes and demanded more money to continue the massage. Just terrible. This place needs to be shutdown and probably will be soon. They also charge money for using debit cards which violates the law, if they try to charge you a fee for a debit card you can report them to Visa or Mastercard and they will lose the right to process credit cards. The receptionist was a bit rude; the first thing she did upon seeing us was ask, "What do you want?" and demand payment upfront. The person who gave me the massage did a good job I have no complaints there but she practically forced me to tip. Just as we were about to leave (and we *were* planning to tip), she asked practically shouting which of us, my husband or I, was going to leave the tip, which I didn't like at all.
