Took care of two computers for me. Installed Win 11 in both, the price was great, customer service was great.
Great find here in downtown Hamilton. Brought my phone in based on positive ratings on Google. The young man behind the counter replaced my camera lense protector, provided a new case (mine was a mess), and a screen protector. All was completed right in front of me while I waited for $38!! Will definitely be back to replace my phone battery when the time comes.

The employee was a total idiot didn't even know where a sim chip belonged in the samsung phone I brought in told me the issue wasn't fixable. Went to another place and phone was fixed. The employee had ZERO knowledge on samsung phones when it says on the door they are able to fix samsung
Horrible customer service from a female tech who left in the middle of a repair to run errands and go get her nails done. Customers are not the priority in this place!
