The employee was a total idiot didn't even know where a sim chip belonged in the samsung phone I brought in told me the issue wasn't fixable. Went to another place and phone was fixed. The employee had ZERO knowledge on samsung phones when it says on the door they are able to fix samsung
Horrible customer service from a female tech who left in the middle of a repair to run errands and go get her nails done. Customers are not the priority in this place!
