Really bad customer service. Paid all tolls within 7 days (max is 14 days) and still got a violation mail sent home. Called customer service, could hardly understand a word they were speaking (did not do anything to fix it). Then when I could hear something, I told them I got a confirmation email from them that I paid the tolls and still got this violation mail.
