I had a wonderful experience, they really got me in and out fast.
I had an appointment scheduled for a VA exam. I took time off from work for this and when I arrived for my appointment at 3pm, they were closed. The hours listed on the door indicated they were supposed to be open. No phone call from them stating they had to close early or anything. Very unprofessional!

Has an appointment today at 830. This a va disability appointment. Get to clinic and first they didn’t have the paperwork, ok that’s not on them that is on QTC. But the lady at the desk then starts to tell me. “It’s doesn’t matter” that I I had to take off from work to come to this appointment because they don’t even have the technician there there is one I.
