After calling around 3 or 4 different companies who clearly tried to upsell and didnt listen to my needs I booked I Move You. Lady on the phone was extremly efficient and even thou I called relatively last minute and worked out time which worked for us well. 2 movers showed up on time and were extremely careful with my belongings, they finished on time as discussued on the phone. I would not recommend using this company for any move. Key Details: 1 Bedroom Apartment. All furniture was disassembled. Drive between places was 40 mins and in the words of the movers there was no traffic. My Experience: During my move which was on a reduced rate day the move out of my unit took the same as the move into my new unit. This may sound normal and good however I had to move everything out of my old unit and place it right in front of the elevator for the movers to easily stack into as it took them 30 mins to mov... read more
The team did an excellent job. On time and efficient. Would use again if we need them.
We used I Move You for our most recent move and had a great experience overall. What was a bit of a complicated move with changes to our sale and purchase dates, time between selling and buying, trying to coordinate access to elevators with an entire building trying to move in at the same time, etc.. was made completely manageable with their help.
