Hello so this is my honest review. I've called 4 times in 3 days. The receptionist is very unprofessional and sounds like shes 15. Not once has a phone call been returned. I'm not angry I'm actually happy this has happened before any work was done. I personally don't like contributing to a company that does business this way.
She’s a scammer and does not know how to do Itemized deduction. Avoid her if you gamble or have multiple jobs at all cost or you will owe the IRS
If I can give her a zero I would! Avoid going to her at all costs! Does not fix any mistakes that she does! Kept calling her for a week straight and did not return my calls once! Did not want to fix something and was arguing with me and telling me she’s the professional!
