I trusted this company with my personal information and trusted that they would be honest when filing my taxes. I was referred by a close family friend so I didnt think anything of it. When I filed they told me I would be getting a specific amount but the paperwork that was submitted stated a different amount (over 1k difference). And when I logged into *** to check, it had another completely different amount. So their whole plan was to commit fraud under my social to get the max amount and keep the money. This company is a scam. They will file your taxes and take whatever amount from your check that they deem necessary. They wont provide any tax documents or accounting information to show proof of fees. If you do question them about it & ask for your tax documents they will get very unprofessional with you by yelling & disconnecting the phone. Please do business elsewhere
