Visited here 1X and was good massage. On last 2 times, requested 90 minute massage and always called ahead to ensure availability. On 2X including today, therapist ended massage at 60 minutes due to another customer coming in. She had to return my amount as I prepaid for 90 minutes. Lack of customer service - they stated availability. Won't repeat.
From the moment I walked in, I felt at ease. The spa is clean, and the staff is very professional. My massage was customized to my needs, and I left feeling completely refreshed.
Absolutely loved it! The vibe is perfect for unwinding after a long week.
Had knots and was very tight. It was painful but I feel SOOO much better. Lady in the front is helpful as well!
