This company did not show up at the set time. They did not call to say they were expecting to be late. After waiting for two hours, we gave up waiting. Extremely unprofessional. Lack of care or empathy for patient. As a bystander, I expected more. Zero customer service delivered. Beware before using this company.

Either driver is late or doesn’t show up, it’s not the patients job to keep calling if someone is going to show, most of the time the dispatcher doesn’t answer or he is confused on who the driver is. Putting patients at risk by missing dialysis appointments is dangerous and unforgivable. The drivers are usually courteous if they could only be on time or show maybe this company could stay in business. Charity is an awesome driver she tries very hard to accomadate our schedule and transport my clients to and fron Hope is still alive llc a behavioral health program. She is very professional and kind to my clients.
